It easily converts from a 2-wheel vertical truck to a 4-wheel platform cart by pressing down with your foot on the handle release mechanism. There are no pins to pull to adjust the handle position. Flow back handle allows for 1 or 2 hand operation. 10 in. pneumatic tires cushion the load and allow the truck to roll over uneven surfaces. 4 in. swivel casters give the truck increased maneuverability in cart position..
