Terms & Conditions

By participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bidding Commitment
- All bids are binding. A bid is a legal commitment to purchase.
- Please bid responsibly and only on items you intend to pay for and pick up.
- Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before placing a bid.
- No cancellations are permitted once a bid is placed or an item is won.
- Nova Trading Group reserves the right to block any bidder account that cancels or refuses to pay for won items.
- All sales are considered final.

2. Payment Policy
- Payment is processed automatically after the auction using the winning bidder's payment method on file.
- Bidders are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file and ensuring sufficient funds are available.
- If automatic payment cannot be completed, the bidder must promptly resolve the payment issue with Nova Trading Group.
- Unresolved payment may result in item forfeiture, a 45% restocking fee, and restrictions on future bidding.

3. Pickup Policy
- Pickup is by appointment only and must be scheduled within 48 hours of winning using the scheduling link provided after the auction.
- All items must be picked up within seven calendar days of winning unless prior arrangements have been approved by Nova Trading Group.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a 45% restocking fee and may lead to the account being blocked from future auctions.

4. Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight and destination distance.
- A separate payment request for shipping will be sent and must be paid in full before items are released.
- Bidders are responsible for considering potential shipping costs before placing a bid.
- Cancellations will not be accepted due to shipping charges being higher than expected.

5. Item Condition & Returns
All items are sold AS IS. Nova Trading Group is a liquidation company. Inventory primarily consists of customer returns, shelf pulls and overstock merchandise. We do not test every item and make no guarantees regarding functionality, completeness or cosmetic condition unless expressly stated. Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos, descriptions and condition notes before placing a bid. What is shown in the listing photos is what the winning bidder will receive.

Returns will only be considered if the item received is substantially different from what was described or listed. Returns will not be accepted for items that are not functioning as expected, missing parts or accessories, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Return requests must be emailed to gilbert@novatrading-group.com within 4 days of pickup or delivery and are reviewed at Nova Trading Group's sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks, Forfeiture & Account Status
Chargebacks or false fraud claims may result in account suspension, legal action to recover losses and reporting to marketplace partners. Failure to pay, communicate or schedule pickup may result in item forfeiture, a 45% restocking fee and permanent ban from future Nova Trading Group auctions.

Local pickup is by appointment only at Nova Trading Group LLC, 1240 Activity Dr., Suite A, Vista, CA 92081.

Pickup must be scheduled within 48 hours of winning and completed within seven calendar days unless prior arrangements are approved by Nova Trading Group.

Shipping may be available on eligible items. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on item weight, size and destination. A separate payment request for shipping must be paid before items are released.
