Nova Trading Group is a liquidation company. Our inventory consists primarily of customer returns, shelf pulls, and overstock merchandise.
We do not test items, and therefore make no guarantees regarding functionality, completeness, or cosmetic condition. Items may show signs of use, be missing accessories or hardware, or vary from retail condition.

It should be assumed that any item listed could be a customer return or open-box item unless otherwise stated.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before placing a bid.
What is shown in the listing photos is exactly what the winning bidder will receive. We encourage all bidders to use their best judgment when bidding.

Returns will only be accepted if:
   • The item received is substantially different from what was described or listed (for example, a completely different product).

Returns will not be accepted for:
   • Items that are not functioning as expected.
   • Items missing parts, hardware, or accessories.
   • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

All items are sold without warranty, expressed or implied.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under these conditions, please email gilbert@novatrading-group.com within 4 days of pickup or delivery.
